Terms of Service

1. Services
HILT provides web design, brand identity, merchandise, and business setup services as described in individual project Scopes of Work (SOW). Each SOW constitutes a binding agreement.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion, before delivery of final files. Rush fees (30% surcharge) apply to timelines shorter than standard.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom work becomes your property. We retain the right to display finished work in our portfolio unless a written NDA is in place.
4. Revisions
Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hour or as agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
HILT's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
